Benefit Cup

Since 1991 the Spitfires have organized the Benefit Cup Tournament. This is a weekend soccer tournament with all proceeds going to the Ottawa Food Bank. The Benefit Cup Tournament is highly respected in the Ottawa-Carleton soccer community and is gaining recognition at the provincial level. This is a fantastic tournament to participate in.
Highlights
- Classified as Recreational Level
- Mens and Womens Divisions
- Each team is guaranteed 3 games of 50 minutes (2 X 25 minutes)
- Penalty Kick Competition
- Players are asked to bring non perishable food items for donation to the Ottawa Food Bank

Team Cost: $225 (+ $50 performance bond**)

Required Team Documentation
Team Player Registration Sheet - this sheet must be handed to the tournament organizers prior to a team's first game
Game Sheet - a game sheet must be handed to the referee prior to each game
**Performance Bond
Any team that forfeits any game shall forfeit the performance bond. Teams that complete their participation in the tournament shall be refunded their performance bond after the tournament has concluded.
