PRIVACY STATEMENT
Spitfires Soccer Club assures all members that we will protect your personal information submitted to the club in accordance with the 2000 federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.

The purpose of the club in collecting personal information is to allow the club executive and coaches to reach you and provide club and team information to you. As well, the club must provide some personal information to other soccer authorities (EODSA, OCSL, Coliseum) for the purposes of player registration.

We will collect only the information that we require from you to run this soccer club and to keep club members informed about our activities. We also request any specific medical information that we need to be aware of in the event of an injury to you during a game or practice. If any of your personal information shown is incorrect or incomplete, please correct the information yourself or advise us.

POLICY STATEMENT
The Spitfires Soccer Club is run by unpaid volunteers. Club members are expected to be responsible for themselves, to take the initiative to find out what is going on rather than waiting to be told, and to help out if they have time.

To this end, please read the Club policies, especially the constitution, the Rules and Regulations, the registration policy and the FAQ.

AGREEMENT
By entering your information in the database, you are implying:

consent for the club to use your information as outlined in the Privacy Statement above and
agreement to read and abide by the policies of the club.

New members: The registrar may have created an entry for you already. To see, click here. If there is no entry, you can create your own by logging in. In either case, whatever you type as your password will become your password. (You can change it later.) Please remember it.

Firstname:		max 60 chars: letters, numbers, blanks, bangs, dashes or apostrophes. (Letters cannot have accents.)
Lastname:		max 60 chars: same as above, i.e. any of [a-z 0-9 ! - ']
Old or New Password**		max 30 chars: alphanumerics and most punctuation (but not quotes, angle brackets, slashes, equals or money signs.)
