The Province of Ontario has enacted legislation for concussion safety in sport.
As of July 1, 2019, players under the age of 26 years old, parents of athletes under 18, coaches and team officials are required to confirm that they have reviewed
Ontario's Concussion Awareness Resources.
A confirmation receipt form must be received by the club for those affected members.
Clubs are required to establish a Concussion Code of Conduct for rules to support concussion prevention.
Clubs are required to establish a Removal from Sport and Return to Sport protocol (link will be provided here)
