	Please include two contacts per team.
	Cost per team: $275 (= $225 + $50 performance bond) Cheque may be post dated no later than July 25, 2008. Please make cheque payable to: Spitfires Benefit Cup c/o Aaron Price 12 Scholars Court, Ottawa, ON, K2E 7S2
	Once your cheque is received, your team's registration will be confirmed by either email or phone call.
	Registration Deadline is July 25, 2008.
	REFUND Deadline is August 8th 2008. After August 8th, teams are fully committed to the tournament, and any team withdrawing after this deadline will forfeit their $275.
	The tournament game schedule will be made available by August 8th, 2008
